CLIENT: McDONALDS x KRISPY KREME
PROJECT: Corporate Training
Sweetening the Learning Curve — Krispy Kreme x McDonald’s
When Krispy Kreme and McDonald’s announced their high-profile partnership to roll out Krispy Kreme donuts in McDonald’s restaurants nationwide, it wasn’t just a treat for customers — it was a major operational shift across the franchise system. With new workflows, procedures, and product handling protocols, the launch required clear, effective training for both McDonald’s employees and managers/franchise owners. And that’s where B.A. Audio Branding stepped in.
We were selected to voice the employee training content supporting the rollout, bringing a tone that was upbeat, clear, and perfectly in sync with the energy of the two brands. The narration needed to walk a careful line: friendly and relatable enough to keep frontline staff engaged, while also delivering information with the clarity and authority that franchise leaders and operators expect.
The result was training content that sounded like the McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme brands — accessible, warm, and informative — not dry or robotic. It supported team members at every level in understanding the operational changes, building excitement about the partnership, and executing on the rollout with confidence and consistency.
This project is a strong example of B.A. Audio Branding’s value in internal communications and training: we help brands sound human — even when the material is procedural. Whether you're onboarding, rolling out a new product, or integrating across multiple systems and markets, we bring voiceover that keeps teams informed and aligned without losing their attention.
If you're developing internal content and want it to land with clarity, warmth, and brand consistency, let's talk. We specialize in turning essential training into meaningful engagement.
